As most of you know National Night Out is typically the HSCA's biggest event and it takes a lot of planning and help on the part of not just the HSCA board, but also lots of help from volunteers from the community. This year is, of course, no different.
The board has done a lot of work in the last month or two but we are hoping to get some help in a couple of areas to help finish up:
Please join us Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Northside 10 at 6:30 PM (We will try to snag the backroom for both).
The HSCA will provide appetizers at each.Please review the signup list for needed items and other assistance that we are hoping we can source through donations from the neighborhood.
If you have any of these items and are willing to let the HSCA use or borrow them for the event, or if you are willing to help with set-up, cleanup, and other activities during the event please let us know by entering your name in the spreadsheet here.
We truly appreciate any help we can get in these last days before the event.
